中美欧喷射混凝土配合比选择规程对比研究

A comparative study on the mix proportion regulations of shotcrete at home and abroad

摘要: 用中国、美国以及欧洲混凝土配合比规程的设计方法,对强度等级为C30、坍落度为110mm的喷射混凝土进行配合比设计。通过三种配合比设计步骤及计算方法的定性和定量的分析,得到如下结论:几种材料的用量对配合比影响由大到小的顺序是,骨料比例>水灰比>用水量或者水泥用量|中国骨料比例的确定多依据经验,美国ACI的方法是先确定粗骨料的量再进一步确定细骨料的量,而欧洲则是在FAURY方法的基础上经过复杂计算得到较为科学和精确的数值。因此,在实际工程中,可以适当将两种或三种方法相结合。

Abstract: We have used a China, American and European regulations of concrete mix proportion design method, and we also have designed the mix proportion of shotcrete which strength grade is C30 and slump is 110 mm. Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of three kinds of design steps and calculation methods, we have got the following conclusions: The effect of the amount of materials on the mix proportion is arranged in the order of the large to small is aggregate proportion, water cement ratio, water consumption or cement content; Determination of proportion of aggregate in China based on experience, the method of ACI is to determine the amount of coarse aggregate and then further determine the amount of fine aggregate, while Europe is get scientific and precise values by complex computation based on the FAURY method. By comparing three different methods we can see, choosing the same parameters, but the calculation of the mix proportion is different. Therefore, in actual engineering, we can combine two or three methods, so that we can better guide the shotcrete mix proportion design and construction work.
